Five shipper emails, each one a load somebody nearly quoted wrong. The panel on the right is the extension itself — the same thing that sits beside your inbox once it's installed.

Advanced AI helps structure the RFQ and prepare the next action. Defined operational checks and broker approval gates keep the workflow grounded.

Where it lives

Keep your inbox and your TMS. It pings you when a quote is ready.

Forward your RFQs to it once. It sits in a side panel next to your email in Chrome, where the AI brokers read, check and price every request. When a quote is ready, your broker gets an alert, checks the number and sends it. Nothing goes to a shipper until your broker sends it.

The price

Everything your best broker checks. On every quote, at once.

A broker at a desk faces six screens. A ticker of new shipper requests runs on top. One request drops into the middle, where many small points of light, the AI brokers, gather around it. They fetch data from the market screens on the left, check the load, price it and write the reply; the finished quote goes to the broker. Then many requests are worked at once, and the camera pulls back to several brokers of one company.

SubjectRFQ · Chicago → Atlanta · Thursday

Hi, this is Dana Kerr from Northfield Foods. Need a 53′ dry van, Chicago to Atlanta, pickup Thursday, 42,000 lb. Reply to [email protected] or call (312) 555-0148.

The email, as your shipper wrote it. Before your AI brokers read it, personal details become tags. This is what your AI brokers read: the load, not who sent it. Your broker opens the original when needed. Each opening is logged.

Example request with made-up details. Masking is on by default and can miss a name.

Your shippers

Tagged before the AI reads.

Names, companies, emails and phone numbers become tags first. The original stays encrypted, and other brokerages never see your loads.

Your price

Your rules set it.

Your rate sources and your margin set the number. No AI picks it, and no AI is sent your buy rate or margin.

Your reply

Your broker sends.

Today your broker sends every quote. As the AI brokers prove themselves with a shipper, you can let them take that shipper’s everyday loads, and take it back any time.

For your IT teamWhat the AI reads, where originals are kept, who can open them

Does an AI read our shippers' emails?

It reads a masked copy. With masking on, which is the default, names, companies, email addresses, phone numbers and the street addresses it finds become tags like [NAME] before your AI brokers read the email. Cities, ZIP codes, dates and the freight stay readable, because they are needed to price the load. Masking runs on our own servers and catches most names, not every one. Your AI brokers run on OpenAI models.

Does an AI set our price or see our buy rates and margin?

No. The price follows fixed rules: your connected rate sources and your margin. The AI that writes a short line before and after a quote sees only the lane's cities, the trailer and whether it is a first quote. Checks reject any number in that line.

Can anything go to a shipper without our broker?

Today your broker sends every quote. As the AI brokers prove themselves with a shipper, you can let them take that shipper’s everyday loads, and take it back any time.

Where is the original email, and who can open it?

Stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM), each email under its own key, wrapped by AWS KMS. Attachments are encrypted too. 10-8 holds the keys, so our service can open an original to run your account. In the app, the broker who owns the load can open its original email, and each opening is logged.

Can another brokerage see our data? Is it used to train AI?

No. Each brokerage is walled off in the database by row-level security; inside yours, owners and admins see every load. We don't sell your data or use your shippers' details to train models.

Do you need access to our mailbox?

No. You set one forwarding rule and forward the requests you choose to your 10-8 address. We don't sign in to your mailbox, and nothing is sent, filed or marked read in it.

What can the Chrome extension see?

Chrome will say it can read and change data on all sites, because your broker can point it at any TMS page to fill in a load. On its own it only looks at a short list of freight portal and TMS sites, and it never reads webmail.

Where is it hosted? Is it certified? Can we delete our data?

On AWS in the US (us-east-1). We hold no SOC 2 report or outside security audit yet. On request, our team deletes a load and its original email; database backups keep a copy for up to 7 days.

Checks

Before any price exists, the load is checked from every side.**

Every load. Every family. Before any price. Most of what it catches is the kind of thing you'd catch on a slow morning and miss at four on a Friday. Your broker sees every quote and sends it.

See every check it runs

It catches the costly load before your price goes out.

Questions

Questions, answered straight.

  1. “AI brokers”? Are you a brokerage? Will you go after my shippers?

No. 10-8 is software that works for your brokerage.

It holds no authority of its own and never quotes anyone in its own name. Your broker controls the signature on each reply; their profile can supply their name, company and MC, and your shippers deal only with you.

  2. Will anything go to my shipper without my broker?

Today your broker sends every quote.

As the AI brokers prove themselves with a shipper, you can let them take that shipper's everyday loads, and take it back any time. A load with a problem always goes to a person.

    Quote readydemo
Chicago, IL → Atlanta, GA · Dry van · 42,000 lb
    $1,650you keep $250
Goes out only when your broker presses Send
  3. Where does the market data come from?

From the rate sources your brokerage connects.

Connect the services you already pay for, with your own key, and each quote asks all of them at once. We keep adding sources.

  4. Can the AI make up a price?

No. If no rate provider has the lane, there's no price, and your broker sets it.

The AI reads the email and helps word the reply. It never sees the rates and never sets or changes the number. The checks follow fixed rules, and so does the price: what your rate providers say the lane costs, plus your margin, with a warning if it lands under your floor.

    How the number is madedemo
    Your buy$1,400Margin on the quote15%Quote$1,650You keep$250
  5. An RFQ lands at 9 pm on a Friday. Who sends the quote?

Your broker, when they see it. By then the work is already done.

The request is read, checked and priced the moment it lands, even with their browser closed. When Chrome is open, a desktop alert and the badge on the extension tell them a quote is waiting.

  6. Will it replace my brokers?

No. It takes the routine of every quote off their desks.

It reads the request, checks the load, prices it and writes the reply. Your brokers keep the shippers, the hard freight and the final call, and every RFQ gets worked, not just the ones they have time for.

  7. Do I have to change my TMS or my email?

No. Your brokers work in a side panel in Chrome, next to the inbox they already use.

One forwarding rule sends your RFQs to it, from any mail service that can forward, Outlook included. On the TMS platforms we support, it fills in the won load, and your broker clicks Create.

  8. We're 12 people with no IT guy. Is this for us?

Yes. It's built for brokerages of 5 to 50 people.

Nothing for your IT to build. Each broker installs a Chrome extension on a desktop or laptop, you connect your rate providers in Settings, and our team walks you through it.

  9. What doesn't it do today?

It doesn't find trucks, and today your broker sends every quote.

Tracking and carrier paperwork stay with your team, and it quotes full truckloads only, not LTL. It reads the email itself, not attachments yet. Picking up loads from shipper portals is being built, and typing in a load from a phone call is planned.
